📋 Description
• Serve as the technical reference for the team, guiding architectural decisions and engineering best practices; • Develop end-to-end solutions for scalable, resilient, high-throughput applications; • Participate in innovation initiatives and architectural evolution with a focus on efficiency, performance, and cost optimization; • Provide technical support to other engineers, promoting continuous learning and technical excellence; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical and business discovery; • Ensure quality, observability, and robustness throughout the software lifecycle.
🎯 Requirements
• Deep experience with microservices architecture; • Hands-on backend experience with Go (preferred), Python, Node.js or Kotlin; • Solid understanding of software architecture, development best practices, and cloud platforms (AWS); • Experience with messaging and event-driven architecture, including Kafka and AWS (SNS/SQS); • Experience developing with a focus on SEO improvements; • Experience operating production systems and responsibility for running and optimizing applications at scale; • Strong attention to code quality and standardization to ensure readability, scalability, and performance. This includes implementing testing routines and documentation; • Knowledge of agile practices such as Kanban — including roles, ceremonies, and artifacts; • Ability to lead technical discussions, align squads and tribes, drive solutions, and support sound decision-making at the tribe level; • Curiosity to explore and propose new technological and process solutions, constantly seeking to improve how the team works.
