📋 Description

• Lead and continuously improve core FP&A processes, including 3 statement budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Participate in building out and tracking SaaS KPIs. • Partner with department leads on their budgets & forecasts and develop and track key performance indicators, offering actionable insights. • Prepare monthly management reports that clearly tell the story behind the numbers. • Support system and process improvements to enhance data quality, automation, and scalability of the finance function.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A at a high-growth SaaS company, with experience in business partnering and reporting • Experience with SaaS metrics and subscription-based business models • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and financial modeling skills (comfort with complex formulas, scenario analysis, and automation) • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) • Experience with ERP, FP&A and BI tools • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders at all levels.
