• Conduct benefits inventories, gather and analyze data, and prepare client reports and presentations. • Develop deliverables such as renewal reports, employee benefit summaries, benchmarking analyses, compliance audits, global broker RFPs, multinational pooling studies, and other materials supporting the management of global benefit programs. • Partner with the CST and local country brokers to design and implement new benefit plans or update existing programs to ensure compliance with local regulations and alignment with the client’s market strategy. • Provide ongoing project management support, including scheduling and participating in conference calls or webinars and managing correspondence with corporate, regional, and local HR/finance teams, brokers, carriers, payroll providers, and other vendor partners. • Research and respond to a wide range of international HR and benefits-related inquiries from internal colleagues and external clients, leveraging data sources, global resources, and local contacts. • Collaborate with team members to evaluate client issues and develop technically sound recommendations and reports. • Manage multiple client projects with appropriate oversight to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. • Contribute ideas to enhance internal processes, products, and overall operational effectiveness. • Stay current on relevant legislation, emerging regulations, and market trends. • Support special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree and 3 years’ experience required in an analytical role and/or international benefits • Specialized knowledge in global benefits, business and/or international insurance • Exposure to Finance, Tax, and Legal as well as working with C-Suite Leadership Teams and Executives • Client account management experience / customer success roles • Insurance brokerage license in State of Residence (including Health and Life/Accident) • Communication: Exceptional communication, analytical, and project management skills with a proven ability to drive initiatives across multiple sectors • Work Style: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and multicultural environment while managing competing priorities • Professionalism: Demonstrated integrity, accuracy, and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information • Presentation: Polished and professional presence with strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally (as needed)
