Requirements

• 1-2+ years of customer service experience; healthcare preferred • Excellent communication skills • Ability to respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality • Intermediate to advanced computer skills • High School Diploma required • Background check & drug screening required • A laptop or desktop PC (cannot be an Apple product, Surface or Chromebook) with Windows 10 • Ability Hardwire (plug-in) to your internet source with an ethernet cable • USB headset (not wireless) with a noise-canceling microphone • Webcam (external or embedded)
