📋 Description

• Manage governance and delivery schedules • Coordinate CRM integrations • Validate model outputs before they are loaded into Salesforce • Ensure the right people have the right information at each phase of the project • Responsible for documentation • Manage IT access and deployment approvals • Coordinate implementation of training for field teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce — Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud (required) • Experience coordinating, administering, or managing CRM platform projects • Agile/Scrum methodology tools and backlog management (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.) • Salesforce Flow, automation, and declarative configuration • CRM data models, lead lifecycle, funnel logic, API integrations • SOQL or SQL — reading, writing, and interpreting queries • Marketing automation platforms and CRM campaign integration • Strategic thinking — translates vision into phased deliveries • Stakeholder management across global and local teams • Governance mindset — discipline in phases and steps, milestone tracking • Proactive ownership — identifies risks early and drives solutions • Comfortable at the intersection of business, data, and technology • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, App Builder) (preferred) • CRM analytical models — lead scoring, propensity, uplift, Next Best Action (preferred) • BI tools: Power BI or Tableau (preferred) • Experience with CRM programs across multiple markets (preferred) • Experience in the automotive, retail, or financial services sectors (preferred)
