📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for Shopify clients, deeply understanding their business, diagnosing opportunities, and guiding them toward measurable improvements in Conversion Rate, AOV, UX/UI, SEO. • Work closely with developers and designers by setting priorities, defining scope, and ensuring high-quality delivery. • Translate business objectives into clear, actionable roadmaps and guide execution through the team. • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts, contribute to new proposals and pre-sales conversations.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in eCommerce, with a strong UX/UI design background applied to Shopify or similar platforms. • Proven experience managing client relationships in agency, consulting, or service-based environments. • Hands-on experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), including testing, analysis, and data-driven decision making. • Strong portfolio showcasing eCommerce UX/UI work, ideally focused on Shopify stores. • Strong verbal and written English communication skills. • Ability to work cross-functionally and take ownership of outcomes with minimal supervision.
