• Resolve indirect disputes through the e-OSCAR system. • Resolve direct credit reporting disputes received from the customer. • Determine root cause of disputes by collaborating with business unit owners. • Work with major credit bureaus to ensure accuracy of reported information. • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns or update credit reporting information.
• Bachelor’s degree required. • 1-2 years experience reviewing sensitive information (customer documents, banking information) • Salesforce experience, knowledge of OppLoans’ internal systems and processes. • Strong time management skills. • Willingness to learn federal regulations under which OppLoans operates (FCRA, UDAAP, ECOA, TILA, SCRA). • Attention to detail. • Proficiency in GSuite and Microsoft Office. • Adaptable to rapid change. • Identify areas of opportunity and improvement. • Confident in decision making/reasoning skills. • Ability to multitask and assess and change priorities. • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL (preferred) • Knowledge of e-OSCAR system (preferred) • Experience with the Metro 2 format (preferred)
