This role will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality onboarding experience, ensuring that all commercial sites are prepared for successful implementation and ongoing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, quality management or customer relationship management, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and results.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare or a related field (or equivalent work experience). •Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in onboarding, project management, or quality assurance •Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. •Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients. •Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. •Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. •Proficiency in project management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus. •Experience in commercial site operations healthcare administration or similar industry experience is a plus.
