• Lead product strategy and development for the Orijin platform. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product success. • Manage the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and post-launch analysis. • Establish metrics and improve user engagement. • Advocate for product vision to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Belief in Orijin’s mission to reduce recidivism and improve the life chances of incarcerated learners and returning citizens through education and skills-based learning. • 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in a SaaS or educational technology setting. • Proven ability to identify user needs and pain points in undefined areas, and turn insights into strategic business opportunities. • Demonstrated ability to drive both strategy and execution in a cross-functional environment. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management tools. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Authorized for work in the United States.
