• Create board-style practice questions for the Pediatrics series • Write clinical vignettes and explanations • Review and edit questions for clinical accuracy and educational value • Collaborate with medical illustration team • Attend team meetings and check-ins • Complete additional tasks as needed

Requirements

• Terminal medical degree earned within the U.S. • Successful completion of USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 exams • Completion of at least one year of Pediatrics residency training within the U.S. • Medical question writing experience • Excellent writing, editing, and copy-editing skills • Track record of effective collaboration and proven leadership • Commitment to the organizational mission of transforming medical education
