📋 Description

• Support management of the accounting team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth • Oversee and review monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes • Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in accordance with GAAP standards • Analyze financial statements and identify trends, variances, and opportunities • Lead account reconciliations for balance sheet and financial reporting • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality • Develop and monitor key performance and quality metrics • Partner with internal stakeholders and analytics teams to optimize reporting and processes • Contribute to team development through coaching, training, and engagement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong analytical responsibilities • Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing or mentoring team members • Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and forecasting • Experience with data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and financial systems • CPA or MBA preferred • Experience in healthcare or corporate accounting preferred
