📋 Description

• Oversee the development, enhancement, and implementation of EHR software. • Understand current state and future capabilities of supported software. • Define and maintain a roadmap for enhancements, integrations, and upgrades. • Lead project scoping and implementations with subject matter expertise. • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy. • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. • Create and maintain product roadmap reflecting customer feedback and business objectives. • Work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable features. • Oversee testing and validation of new features for quality standards and regulatory compliance. • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users. • Serve as primary contact for stakeholders regarding product updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. • 3-5 years of applicable IT experience required. • Certification in 2 or more Epic Applications is required. • PMP or Epic Cogito Project Manager certification required. • Expert understanding of electronic health records (EHR) systems, healthcare workflows, and clinical processes. • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. • Expert level proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. • Expert level familiarity with Agile development practices. • Expert level knowledge of healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, HITECH, and Meaningful Use. • Ability to prioritize competing demands and make data-driven decisions.
