• Provides vital support to our client by performing overall accounting duties • Processes sales and purchase invoices, bank transactions, reclassification journals for revenue, recurring, accrual, and payroll entries • Maintains a clean and updated general ledger, including account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies • Assists the Accounting SME and other team members to accomplish department goals • Prepares ad-hoc reports to the management as needed.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field of study • CPA certification is a strong plus • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Highly detail-oriented • Able to analyze financial records • Self-motivated and independent • Good time management skills; able to prioritize • Self-driven and proactive nature. • Highly driven and willingness to learn new tools and software. • A positive “Can Do” attitude. • Patient and active listener. • Passion for service.
