📋 Description

• The Executive Director, RCM Business Development is responsible for driving strategic revenue growth and cultivating deep, consultative partnerships with new clients to develop new revenue cycle management (RCM) business. • This leader will go beyond traditional sales, engaging clients as a trusted advisor to co-develop tailored RCM solutions that optimize financial performance. • By integrating business development, client strategy, and sales operations, this role will shape and execute go-to-market strategies that drive new client relationships, expand market presence, and align closely with the organization’s financial and operational goals. • The role demands a dynamic, results-oriented professional with a deep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in sales management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in RCM operational, advisory, and/or sales leadership roles, with a focus on revenue cycle management or healthcare services. • 5 years of selling to Hospital, Health Systems, IDN. • Experience with consultative or solution-based selling models. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth. • Demonstrated success in building C-suite level partnerships within healthcare organizations.
