📋 Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive organic social media strategy aligned with OX Tools’ marketing goals and objectives. • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) for all social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. • Monitor, respond to, and engage with our social media community, fostering positive interactions and addressing customer inquiries in a timely manner. • Conduct job site visits for content shoots to capture real-time, authentic material. • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers to amplify our brand reach and impact. • Attend and cover industry events and trade shows to generate social media content. • Track, analyze, and report on social media KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. • Ensure all social media content is consistent with the OX Tools Global brand voice, style, and guidelines while adjusting strategies and content to match our global markets. • Work closely with the marketing team, product managers, and other departments to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies. • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into the social media strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in social media management (industry knowledge preferred). • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences including Meta, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn & YouTube. • Proficiency in social media management tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Creative thinking and strong visual storytelling abilities. • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. • Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality. • Enthusiastic and passionate about social media and digital marketing.
