• Here's your chance to be one of the early employees in a start-up that aspires to dominate the way how global businesses make agreements. • Pactum is an AI system that is automatically performing repetitive commercial negotiations on a massive scale. • Work closely with Data Science, Engineering, and Operations to build the best possible negotiation product in the world. • Ensure smooth handover to Operations for full roll-outs. • Participate in analyzing the pilot results and suggest future improvements.

Requirements

• Strongly Fluent in Spanish, Fluent in English • Have 1+ years of professional experience, preferably in a tech startup or other fast-paced, customer-centric environment • Willing to work in the evenings to support our US projects • Love to solve problems creatively and are not satisfied by mediocrity • Feel invigorated and motivated by client-facing challenges • Are ready to dive headfirst into learning our product so you can confidently share and explain it to clients • Have a passion for client interaction, and strive to be an excellent communicator • Feel excited to join a fast-paced startup with endless opportunities for growth and learning • Enjoy working collaboratively with fellow passionate team members
