📋 Description

• Develop and automate models and rules to support Anti-Money Laundering (AML) prevention, Operational Risk monitoring, and Compliance initiatives. • Perform quantitative analyses to identify patterns and improve alert effectiveness. • Support monitoring of non-financial risks through analytical panels, dashboards, and executive reports. • Propose and implement improvements to case analysis and prioritization processes, focusing on scalability and efficiency. • Assist in building and tracking risk and effectiveness indicators (for example, alert coverage, response time, and false positive rate). • Work collaboratively with technical, legal, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance and continuous evolution of processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. • Experience with SQL and Python for analysis, automation, and data processing. • Familiarity with statistical modeling, supervised machine learning, and predictive analytics. • Experience analyzing large volumes of data, prioritizing alerts, and supporting regulatory and operational decisions. • Ability to produce technical reports and presentations for diverse audiences. • Advanced Excel skills. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data science, data analysis, or statistical modeling in regulated environments or risk frameworks. • Experience with analytics for AML/CFT, non-financial risks, compliance, or internal controls. • Experience at financial institutions, technology companies, or fintechs. • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. • Intermediate to advanced English. • Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week) in São Paulo, SP.
