• Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that specializes in pairing remote work with top-tier talent. • Our client is seeking a dedicated and accurate Data Analyst / Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. • This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our operational and clinical data systems, generating insights for decision-making, and supporting reporting processes across departments. • The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Responsibilities: • Enter, validate, and maintain data in various systems including spreadsheets, databases, EMR/CRM tools, and internal dashboards. • Perform routine data quality checks and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies for resolution. • Assist in building and maintaining reports and dashboards to support business intelligence needs. • Collaborate with clinical, operations, and leadership teams to gather requirements and deliver ad hoc reports. • Ensure data security and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and company policies. • Continuously suggest process improvements and automation opportunities related to data handling and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Business, Health Information, Computer Science) preferred. • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or data entry, preferably in a healthcare or service-focused environment. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, lookups). • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. • Comfortable using and navigating CRMs, EMRs, or scheduling platforms. • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. • Must be willing to work from 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM EST
