• Generate and qualify seller leads through outbound prospecting. • Conduct outreach to expired listings, FSBOs, and database contacts. • Perform circle prospecting and database reactivation campaigns. • Handle objections and nurture leads through consistent follow-up. • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team. • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management. • Build long-term relationships with homeowners, investors, and referral partners. • Contribute to process improvements and follow established workflows.
• Preferred experience includes expired listings, FSBOs, circle prospecting, database reactivation, investor leads, cash offer leads, and long-term nurture campaigns. • 2+ years of real estate Inside Sales Agent experience OR 2+ years of seller-focused outbound prospecting experience. • Experience with seller lead generation, lead qualification, and appointment setting. • Strong objection-handling and follow-up skills. • Experience using CRM and prospecting tools. • Excellent English communication skills with a clear and professional speaking style. • Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with homeowners. • Highly organized, self-motivated, and relationship-driven.
• USD base salary + Performance Bonuses ($5 Booked Appointment) + $65 Kept Appointment. • Ability to work remotely.
