• Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools. • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: outreach, qualification, needs assessment, proposal coordination, negotiation, and closing. • Utilize prospecting platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools to build targeted lead lists. • Identify opportunities to upsell or expand service contracts with existing clients. • Prepare basic quotes with internal support and align pricing with margin expectations. • Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless onboarding and communication on newly won clients. • Represent the company at industry trade shows and client meetings; U.S. travel is required and fully company-funded. • Provide consistent reporting on outreach metrics, pipeline, and closed deals.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills, with near-native fluency. • Minimum 1 year proven experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or business development. • Demonstrated ability to close deals in a service-based or B2B environment • Strong phone presence and confident communication style. • Comfortable working with CRMs, outreach tools, and prospecting platforms. • High degree of self-motivation, discipline, and ownership over results. • Ability to travel internationally to the United States for events and meetings. • Nice to have: • Experience selling facility maintenance, construction, field services, or related B2B services. • Familiarity with U.S. commercial, retail, or industrial property operations. • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other list-building tools. • Prior experience working remotely with U.S.-based companies.
• Base salary: USD $500–$1,000 per month, depending on experience and performance. • Commission: 5 percent of profit on all closed work orders generated by the representative. • On-target earnings potential: USD $2,000–$3,000+ per month. • Represent the company at industry trade shows and client meetings; U.S. travel is required and fully company-funded.
