📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of Quality Specialists, ensuring key performance indicators and quality metrics are consistently met • Monitor, evaluate and enhance product and process quality across all product lines • Coordinate structured feedback loops and reporting with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement • Design and refine scalable processes, including tooling, metrics, and quality best practices • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, SOPs, and quality guidelines • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, customer service) to streamline workflows and align quality initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality-focused role, including 2+ years in a management or leadership position. • Strong applied knowledge of quality methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA, CAPA) • Strong analytical skills, with experience in building dashboards and using data to drive decision-making • Demonstrated experience leading and implementing quality improvement initiatives • We’re looking for a self-starter who takes full ownership, thrives on autonomy, and consistently gets things done without needing to be micromanaged.
