• Proven leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams in fast-paced sales environments • Expertise in SaaS-based architectures and cloud technology, ideally within the networking or security industry • Expertise in the German public sector, particularly in federal government • Ideally 5+ years experience managing a high-performing DQC Team • Significant experience with both indirect and direct sales strategies • A consistent track record of year-over-year success in managing sales pipelines and achieving or exceeding targets • Highly motivated with a focus on execution, a sense of urgency, and an entrepreneurial spirit • History of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue goals while building and developing teams • Strong influencing skills, both internally and externally, with effective communication to build consensus across various functional groups • Understanding that achieving the best results requires teamwork, with the ability to foster strong relationships and collaboration with cross-functional teams • Experienced in developing and executing sales initiatives • Demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic partnerships • Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
