📋 Description
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and organized supporting documentation • Prepare monthly/quarterly audit-ready files and send them to our auditors • Support the monthly close with reconciliations and schedules • Run customer invoicing for subscriptions, renewals, prorations, upgrades/downgrades in Stripe • Manage AR aging, follow-ups, and collections • Handle credit notes, refunds, cancellations, and approvals • Reconcile Stripe payouts, fees, refunds, and chargebacks to bank and records • Track cancellations/non-renewals and ensure correct billing stops/adjustments • Process prorations/credits accurately and reconcile churn-related adjustments • Own and deliver our monthly cockpit covering growth & customer KPIs, revenue & MRR, costs & burn, and commercial tracking
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5 years in accounting/bookkeeping (SaaS/subscription is a big plus) • Strong ability to deliver auditor-ready reporting packs and clean reconciliations • Confidence working with Stripe (payouts, fees, refunds, chargebacks) • Strong Google Sheets/Excel skills; comfortable owning dashboards end-to-end • Comfortable using AI tools to automate, summarize, and spot anomalies • Organized, proactive, and able to work cross-functionally • Nice to have VAT exposure / multi-country experience • Experience with accounting tools • Understanding of MRR/churn dynamics
