Description

• Identify new opportunities for issuing, acquiring, and money movement lines of business • Negotiate contract terms with new clients • Solicit new business and participate in Fintech community events • Develop cross-selling opportunities for new and existing clients • Comply with bank policies and procedures • Portray leadership by exhibiting confidence and influencing actions of others

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience required • 5-7 years’ experience in BaaS, Fintech, or Payments, including 2-3 years in a Business Development role • Deep understanding of BaaS products and industry trends • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong understanding of contractual terms, bank diligence, and compliance framework • Ability to work effectively while traveling or as a remote employee

Benefits
