📋 Description

• We are seeking Field Sales Account Executives for the Dallas Ft Worth, Austin, and Houston territories. • PayJunction has developed a one of its kind payment integration into almost any business management software (SaaS). • In this role you will consistently meet or exceed sales targets by identifying, prospecting, and securing new clients, nurturing long-term partnerships, and serving as a trusted advisor in the payments and merchant services space. • Our Field Sales team’s mission is to drive revenue growth by building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and closing new business opportunities, and expanding market share through strategic sales efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in payments, merchant services, or SaaS. • Minimum of 1 year of payments experience. • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth. • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to diagnose client needs and propose tailored solutions. • Experience with contract negotiation and closing sales. • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot. • Excellent territory knowledge and the ability to network effectively within the assigned region. • Self-motivated, resilient, and highly organized with strong time management skills. • A current, valid driver's license. • Car insurance that meets or exceeds local requirements. • A clean driving record, free of pending litigation.
