• We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to support our CEO. • This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires someone who is resourceful, adaptable, and a strong communicator. • The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting others and takes full ownership of their responsibilities with minimal oversight. • Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support, Manage and process bill payments that cannot be automated, Prepare and submit recurring government filings, Maintain and manage all payment and filing calendars. • Basic Accounting & Financial Coordination, Upload bank statements, Flag unusual vendor or partner charges. • Scheduling & Calendar Management, Coordinate appointments, Assist with travel bookings. • Ad-Hoc Support, Attend meetings on behalf of the CEO, Provide a daily general to-do list for CEO action. • Email Management, Draft responses to straightforward emails, Prepare and send a daily email to-do list. • Social Media & Email Marketing, Draft thoughtful and engaging posts, Write email marketing messages. • Executive-Level Support, Deliver a daily summary of goals, Maintain and organize the contact database.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership. • Exceptional attention to detail. • Ability to quickly understand and execute tasks with little instruction. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with basic accounting concepts and government filing processes is a plus. • High level of discretion and trustworthiness; able to manage confidential and sensitive information. • Passion for supporting others and making an impact through thoughtful, behind-the-scenes work.
