β’ Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-suite executives. β’ Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Slack, and Microsoft Office Suite. β’ Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail. β’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. β’ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. β’ Proactive, self-starter attitude with strong problem-solving skills. β’ Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion or Trello. β’ Experience with financial tools like QuickBooks or Ripping. β’ Exposure to social media management and content creation. β’ Prior experience working in fast-paced tech, startup, or innovation-driven environments. β’ Familiarity with secure communication tools and VPNs.
