• Develop and refine a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with brand and marketing goals. • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and cross-platform distribution. • Ensure content supports audience growth, engagement, and lead-generation objectives. • Produce original content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok. • Create multimedia assets including short-form videos, walkthroughs, testimonials, and design features. • Manage the content calendar and maintain consistent brand visuals and messaging. • Respond promptly and professionally to community comments and messages. • Foster an informative and welcoming online environment. • Surface high-value inquiries and pass qualified leads to sales teams. • Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and CTR. • Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations. • Use insights to refine content strategy and support continuous improvement. • Stay updated on platform trends, algorithms, and best practices. • Monitor content trends within real estate, design, and homebuilding niches. • Recommend new content formats to maintain a competitive digital presence. • Work with sales and project managers to gather raw content from construction sites and completed homes. • Ensure storytelling aligns with marketing objectives and real-time project updates.
• 3–5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation. • Native or near-native English communication skills. • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok. • Proficiency with content tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud. • Strong design and visual storytelling sensibilities. • Excellent organizational and project management skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Experience in real estate, construction, architecture, or interior design. • Experience running paid social campaigns (Meta Ads Manager). • Strong short-form video editing capabilities.
