β’ 2-3 years in client success, account management, talent development, or related roles. β’ Strategic thinker with strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities. β’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport. β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zoom, and CRMs like ClickUp. β’ Experience in recruitment, coaching, or learning & development is highly preferred. β’ Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. β’ Background in People Management or outsourcing industries.
