🎯 Requirements

•8+ years in a solutions architecture, solutions consulting, or strategic solutioning role, with direct experience in sales support within Health Plans and Employers. •Proven ability to translate complex clinical and technical solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences. •Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other sales enablement tools. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both prospects and internal teams. •Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, legal, and other teams to align technical and sales efforts. •A collaborative team player with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, with the ability to prioritize internal and external needs effectively. •Highly organized with an exceptional eye for detail, with strong documentation skills to gain quick alignment on requirements. •Open-minded and inquisitive, always looking for ways to improve solutions and processes. •Can be located anywhere in the US, but ideally New York, NY vicinity.
