📋 Description

• Prospectar e identificar novos leads por meio de canais como LinkedIn, telefone, WhatsApp e e-mail • Realizar o primeiro contato com potenciais clientes para entender cenários, desafios e oportunidades • Qualificar leads utilizando metodologias de vendas consultivas • Agendar reuniões qualificadas para o time de fechamento • Registrar informações e interações no CRM • Acompanhar indicadores e metas comerciais • Contribuir com insights sobre mercado, clientes e estratégias de prospecção • Apoiar o desenvolvimento e compartilhamento de boas práticas junto ao time comercial

🎯 Requirements

• Experiência prévia em Inside Sales, SDR, BDR ou áreas comerciais • Vivência com prospecção ativa e qualificação de leads • Conhecimento em CRM e ferramentas de prospecção • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita • Perfil organizado, resiliente e orientado a metas • Experiência com vendas B2B • Conhecimento em HubSpot (diferencial) • Experiência com Sales Engagement (diferencial) • Vivência com metodologias como BANT (diferencial) • Experiência em empresas de tecnologia ou serviços B2B (diferencial)
