📋 Description

• Establish the enterprise architecture practice, including frameworks, governance, documentation standards, and tools. • Work with executive stakeholders to translate business goals into enterprise-wide architectural strategies and roadmaps. • Provide hands-on leadership and direction across IT domains—particularly in SAP-centric environments, cloud platforms, and integration architectures. • Review and guide architectural aspects of major initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, scalability, and risk mitigation. • Lead architectural planning and design for the integration of newly acquired companies and technologies, standardizing systems while enabling agility. • Define and enforce architecture principles, policies, and design patterns to promote consistency, interoperability, and long-term sustainability. • Stay ahead of technology trends and propose forward-looking architectural strategies that drive business growth and digital maturity. • Partner with solution architects, business stakeholders, product teams, and IT operations to ensure cohesive and executable designs. • Create and maintain enterprise architecture artifacts and repositories to ensure transparency, traceability, and reusability.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in enterprise architecture roles, ideally within global organizations. • Strong expertise in SAP-centric environments (e.g., SAP on RISE, S/4HANA) and enterprise application landscapes. • Proven experience leading architecture through M&A integrations and IT harmonization efforts. • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and modeling tools (e.g., ArchiMate, Sparx EA). • Broad technical knowledge across cloud (Azure/AWS), infrastructure, integration, security, and data architecture. • Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, SAP Architecture, Azure/AWS Architect, ITIL) are highly desirable. • Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or Dutch is an asset.
