📋 Description

• The Field Service Engineer provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. • The senior engineer will instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the system and serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. • This role may include any aspect of field support, and is not limited to system hardware and software, PCs, and networking/wireless networking.

🎯 Requirements

• BA Bachelor Degree in Applied Science, Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline including military experience plus 5 years direct experience with repair of laboratory equipment OR Associate Degree in Applied Science, Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline including military experience plus 7 years direct experience with repair of laboratory equipment OR High School Diploma plus 10+ years direct experience with repair of laboratory equipment. • Ability to travel by air, vehicle and/or other means of transportation as business requires. • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, repair, and provide qualification services. • Must have a valid driver’s license.
