📋 Description

• Support to the CIO • Serve as a trusted advisor and right hand to the CIO, ensuring follow-through on priorities and decisions. • Prepare executive briefings, leadership presentations, and board-level materials. • Manage the CIO’s calendar of strategic initiatives, governance activities, and internal stakeholder engagements. • Drive IT governance processes including planning cycles, performance reviews, KPI tracking, and risk reporting. • Coordinate budgeting activities in partnership with Finance and IT leaders. • Maintain and improve core operational processes, including team structures, ways of working, and decision-making forums. • Develop and execute internal communication strategies to ensure consistency, clarity, and transparency across the global IT function. • Manage content and delivery of communications from the CIO and the IT leadership team, including newsletters, town halls, and intranet content. • Organize and facilitate meetings of the IT leadership team, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups. • Coordinate offsites, strategic planning workshops, and cross-team collaboration efforts. • Track strategic initiatives and ensure accountability across the leadership team. • Act as a liaison between IT and key corporate functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance) to support audits, reporting, and policy adherence. • Support organizational change and transformation initiatives through effective coordination and communication.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in IT operations, executive support or governance roles within large organizations. • Experience working in or supporting global IT teams. • Familiarity with IT operating models, performance management, and budget processes. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French or Dutch is an asset. • Strong proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
