📋 Description
• Lead, manage, develop, and coach a team of Vaccines Field Medical colleagues • Guide work prioritization and resource allocation within team • Collaborate effectively with Medical Governance team and internal workstreams • Maintain exceptional market and customer knowledge • Provide objective and scientifically sound Medical information regarding Pfizer’s portfolio and disease states
🎯 Requirements
• PharmD, PhD, or equivalent terminal doctoral degree • 12+ years experience with bachelor’s degree • 10+ years experience with master’s degree • 7+ years experience with PhD terminal degree • Vaccines Field Medical Experience required • Experience in vaccines, antivirals, infectious diseases, epidemiology, and public health required • Experience with Formulary Management, Managed Care, Quality Improvement, Pharmacoeconomic and/or Outcomes Research is desired
