📋 Description

• Manage and develop a team of Field Medical colleagues • Guide work prioritization and resource allocation • Ensure appropriate Vaccine colleague deployment and account prioritization • Conduct HR-related issues for assigned team • Collaborate effectively with Medical Governance team • Shape customer-centric Medical strategies • Maintain market and customer knowledge • Assist in strategic planning and execution of team Medical plan

🎯 Requirements

• MD required • 5 or more years Vaccines Field Medical Experience required • Experience in vaccines, antivirals, infectious diseases, epidemiology, and public health required • Experience with Formulary Management, Managed Care, Quality Improvement, Pharmacoeconomic and/or Outcomes Research is desired • Strong strategic, analytical, self-awareness, and interpersonal skills
