• Convert high-intent leads into qualified meetings through thoughtful, multi-channel outreach. • Confidently navigate gatekeepers to reach clinical and operational decision-makers. • Personalize messaging based on specific specialty workflows and real clinical challenges. • Partner with AEs and Marketing to refine targeting and improve conversion metrics. • Research accounts and build structured outreach strategies, avoiding "spray-and-pray" tactics. • Use HubSpot and AI tools to scale outreach while maintaining a high-quality human touch. • Continuously test, learn, and iterate on your approach based on performance data. • Maintain meticulous documentation of sales activities to ensure seamless account handoffs.
• 1–3+ years in B2B sales, business development, or a similar performance-driven role. • High comfort level with cold calling, persistence, and managing long-cycle follow-ups. • Strong communicator with the executive presence to engage healthcare stakeholders. • Structured thinker who can prioritize, test, and iterate on sales playbooks. • Tech-forward mindset, enthusiastic about using CRM and AI tools to improve efficiency. • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
