📋 Description
• Delivering first-line support and efficiently managing customer service requests. • Documenting all relevant details for effective case management and follow-up. • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues remotely. • Documenting service activities and escalating complex cases. • Performing software updates and coordinating field support. • Ensuring regulatory compliance and clear customer communication. • Participating in training and sharing best practices with peers.
🎯 Requirements
• 1 - 2 years of experience in healthcare industry and preferably in a field service environment. • Knowledge of computers and networking. • Four-year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred). • Excellent communicator in Bahasa Indonesia & English. • Problem solver with a customer-centric mindset. • Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
