Description

• Provide remote patient care support • Conduct quality assurance checks • Examine patient charts to identify at-risk individuals • Document changes in patient condition daily • Communicate updates to the healthcare team • Review patient diagnoses and treatment plans • Conduct regular assessments of medical records • Identify at-risk patients • Perform comprehensive chart reviews • Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff • Utilize clinical knowledge to assess patient needs • Review OASIS assessments and ICD-10 coding • Enter results in the database • Be open to accepting new challenges and tasks as they arise

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • At least 2 years of experience in US Healthcare Account • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting • Proficiency in medical terminology and electronic health records (EHR) systems • Experience in Homehealth or Hospice setting • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to critically evaluate medical information • CAN START ASAP
