Requirements

•Ownership: Act as the support specialist and liaison to our portfolio of local businesses serving as their main point of contact for any issues or concerns. •Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with employees at the businesses PipeDreams acquires. •Project Management: Break down complex issues and stay highly organized in managing help desk requests and other work as assigned by the supervisor. •Provide Service Titan Training: Provide training and guidance to businesses, ensuring they utilize the software correctly and effectively. •Have Fun!!- Help build a fun, collaborative, and productive work atmosphere for employees and co-workers.
