Description

• Spearhead long-range, annual, and live forecast planning processes for multiple business segments across the company • Be a strategic business partner to sales and growth teams to support and lead on projects related to strategic analysis, goal setting, and more • Work with business partners to define key metrics and develop reporting dashboards • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership, highlighting key financial trends and performance metrics • Develop analysis across segments to understand trends and identify areas of opportunity and risk

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience - investment banking, private equity, consulting, high-growth start-up, or public tech company, including management experience • Strong financial modeling technical abilities; exceptional analytical skills & business acumen; high capacity to synthesize data & insights • Strong passion and adaptability to learn different parts of the business (even those not in the job description) • A proven ability to build strong and collaborative working relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization • Self-starter with strong work ethic, initiative, ownership and drive
