Description

•Responsible for assisting the team and our customers in solving technical issues that might occur with our software. •Solving these issues immediately, plus documenting and communicating the results with our customers and team members. •Assist with customer training to enhance/improve the overall customer experience. •Respond to customer’s support and/or training requests per our company Service Level Agreement. •Provide initial and additional online training for the use of our software, to our customers, as needed. •Communicate with management, CEA team members, and sales team members regarding hot-button issues. •Manage workload to ensure priority one tasks are not delayed. •Keep up to date with bug fixes and improvements with our products.

Requirements

•High School degree or GED minimum •Prefer local Grand Rapids Michigan area candidates, however not required •Must have a sense of urgency and desire to efficiently solve our customer’s software issues •Must have the ability to troubleshoot and document website user issues •Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving aptitude •Must be reliable and punctual •Must be able to communicate with customers and team members daily in a friendly and professional manner •Must know how to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, emails, and Zoom •Ability to perform essential computer maintenance, including defrag, disk cleanup, system updates, browser updates, and driver updates
