Description

•Take ownership of one of Plivo’s products to define a long-term roadmap. •Engage with customers and cross-functional teams to design, deliver, and support the product. •Manage the product backlog and prioritise product stories in engineering sprints. •Work closely with engineering teams on new features and critical bugs. •Handle internal and external stakeholder management. •Define and execute the product roadmap. •Develop and conduct product training programs. •Product Quality: Address bugs, ensure uptime, stability, and manage the testing process. •Product Development: Focus on user experience, and work on new features and enhancements. •P&L: Oversee pricing, packaging, and margins. •Sustainability: Enable Sales, Support, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

•At least 4 years of overall experience, including 2 years of prior PM experience. •A software development background is required. •Experience working with REST APIs is a bonus. •Proven experience in stakeholder and customer management.
