• Own ‘cradle to grave’ process of staffing remote executive assistant roles. • Co-create and execute retention plans with consistent product delivery experience. • Develop and execute scalable recruitment strategies targeting qualified candidates.
Requirements
• Product delivery and management of a ‘people’ product • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, etc.) • Experience scaling up teams from dozens to hundreds of employees. • Experience managing fully remote and international teams. • BPO or outsourcing experience is a plus
