• About the Client • Our client is one of the fastest-growing firms providing recruitment and staffing services to clients representing a variety of medical and non-medical industries. • To strengthen the proposal writing team for increased contract bids across various industries. • To bring specialized knowledge of RFP processes and requirements for both government and private sector clients.

Requirements

• Proposal writing experience • Recruitment experience is a huge plus • Healthcare recruitment experience is nice to have • Proficiency in DocuSign and data entry • Strong summarization and analytical skills • Can commit to a freelance position: 20 hours per week • Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM MST, Monday to Friday • WFH Set-Up: • Computer with at least an Intel i3 core processor • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home • Exceptional writing and editing skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines • Excellent research and analytical capabilities • Adaptability to write for various industries and client types • You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • You're passionate about contributing to diverse projects across multiple industries • You have a keen interest in the staffing and recruitment sector • You enjoy collaborating with diverse teams of experts
