• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in B2B. • A passion for calling customers. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • A positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic. • Quota-driven mindset: Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas • WFH Set-Up: • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, i5/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor, or MacOs Ventura and up. • At least 50 MBPS wired internet connection and a back-up internet • Working noise-canceling headset • Working camera
• KPIs: Manually dialing 300+ leads per day • Paid 2-week training • Tools: Zoho, calendars, email, etc • Rate: starting at $5/hour • Probationary period: • High attendance expectations during the first two weeks. • Strict probationary policy: any absences, tardiness, or attendance issues will result in withholding pay. • Exceptional attendance is crucial; failure will lead to removal from the position.
