📋 Description

• This is a fully remote role with up to 15% travel. • Recruiter with expertise in technical hiring and managing high-volume requisitions. • Utilize Workday and Lever ATS platforms for recruitment workflows. • Manage requisition load of 30+ roles, ensuring timely, high-quality hires. • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and strategies. • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. • Lead recruitment of technical roles and assess qualifications against requirements. • Identify and recruit consultants with specialized expertise. • Build relationships with business leaders and provide hiring strategies. • Drive efficiency in time-to-fill metrics while maintaining quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. • 8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on technical roles and/or consulting positions. • Proven ability to manage a high-volume requisition load (30+ roles). • Proficiency in Workday and Lever ATS platforms. • Expertise in sourcing and engaging passive candidates for niche roles. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility. • Analytical mindset with data leverage for recruitment strategies. • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. • Familiarity with employment laws and best practices across multiple geographies. • Experience recruiting in consulting or professional services environment (Preferred). • Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (Preferred).
