Description

• You will engage the community directly, serving as a bridge between the core team and the community. Your primary directives are cultivating good vibes, quality memes, and lots of fun. • You'll create and shepherd the strategy for community growth, including structuring programs for community contributions and creating processes for recognizing positive contributions. • You’ll lead the organization and coordination of online community events such as community calls, twitter spaces, AMAs, and contests. • You'll track community growth and manage KPIs to inform growth strategy. You'll work alongside the Product and Marketing teams to create a consistent brand & voice for Polymer. • This role is on the critical path of growth and adoption of the Polymer protocol, and will ultimately have a massive impact on helping establish the fundamental infrastructure rails for web3.

Requirements

• You’re crypto-native – deeply immersed in web3 culture, and aware of the prevailing personalities, memes, and major narratives and projects. • You’ve built and managed the community for a crypto / web3 project with clear KPIs. • You have extensive experience with Discord and Twitter • You have experience managing stakeholders and setting clear guidelines and expectations. • You exhibit Polymer values: Perseverance, ownership, legacy, always asking why. • You are highly curious and enjoy learning about the ins and outs of the Polymer architecture. • Strong written English communication skills. • Enthusiasm for Polymer's mission of connecting the world using IBC.
