📋 Description

• Manage PolyNovo’s contract Database, which includes approximately 160 contracts with 2+ added each week • Participate in contract negotiations, including redlining and preparing contracts for leadership review • Post contract signature: ensure PolyNovo meets contractual obligations and ensures customer does the same • Assist in the formulation and execution of pricing strategies for each upcoming contract negotiation • Assist in the contractual support for Marketing, HR, Purchasing and other departments as needed • Ensure collaborative relationships with PolyNovo team members and external stakeholders • Ensure all documentation is reviewed, current, and compliant with the quality system

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business/science/healthcare (Masters of Business Administration, Paralegal, or Juris Doctorate Degree preferred) • 10+ years of progressive experience in contract management, direct sales, and pricing strategy within the medical device arena • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex, multi-million-dollar agreements • Experience in pricing governance, modelling, and sales enablement • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with co-workers, customers, and other stakeholders • Proven ability to take accountability for the quality and timeliness of work outputs while maintaining high personal and professional standards • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within small team environments; self-starter with proactive problem-solving skills and strong personal initiative • Strong user of Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel • Strong financial and analytical acumen with ability to manage pricing models and revenue strategies • Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and market trends • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Zoho CRM experience preferred) • Prior knowledge of key financial and contractual terms and their impact on a medical device company.
