📋 Description

• Develop and maintain our web application • Contribute to architectural decisions, the direction of our tech stack, and the overall product vision • Build robust pipelines for document and email processing and for third‑party integrations that handle volume spikes gracefully • Build and optimize agents for our growing template library • Extend our RAG / knowledge-base system (embeddings, semantic search, re-ranking) • Operate in an AI-first development environment powered by Claude and Cursor • Manage version control and team collaboration via GitHub

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in business informatics / computer science, OR programming experience, OR automation experience • Solid English skills for clear and uncomplicated communication within the team • German is not required • Technical understanding and problem‑solving skills • Ability to perform well under pressure • Quick comprehension and a disciplined way of working
